On Check in at our front desk staff will request a deposit to be secured by credit card. If a credit card is not available, the hotel will request a refundable deposit of 100 per room.
All rooms are non-smoking, however if you wish you can smoke in the balconies.
In the rooms you can find an adapter behind the TV. An extra adapter can be requested from Reception if necessary
All rooms have a safe in wardrobe (14cm by 34cm by 28cm). In order to use the safe you have to hire a key from reception with a deposit and a charge Eur 15.00 per week.
We offer basic satellite TV in the rooms.
Some rooms are fitted with baths and some with showers. If you have a specialty request, please add it to the comments when reserving the room and we will do our best to accommodate you. However this can not be guaranteed.
WI-FI internet connection in hotel rooms at a charge.
A Doctor is available 24-hrs on call with a charge.
We do not have any private parking. However public parking is found in the area surrounding the Hotel and Apartments and it is free of charge.
Pets are not allowed in hotel rooms. However pets up to 10 kilos can be accommodated in certain apartments of our sister hotel, Blubay
We can cash traveller’s cheques for a limited amount. A small charge might apply.
We accept all major credit cards such as Visa / Mastercard / Maestro / American Express.
We offer dry cleaning and laundry at a charge via 3rd party. We also offer an express service.
The rates shown on this website include all taxes. However, rate does NOT include the ECO Tax. The ECO tax is € 0.50 per adult 18 years and per night, Maximum of € 5.00
We can offer transport to /from Airport or port or to other destinations at any time of day, however a charge applies. You can book the transport by sending an e-mail to res@sthotelsmatla.com
We can offer baby cot in the rooms / apartments at no extra charge. High chairs can be provided in the rooms and apartments on request at no extra charge. They are also available at the restaurant free of charge.
A Hairdryer is available in each room, free of charge.
An iron / iron board can be taken from reception against a refundable deposit.
All our rooms include towels, linen & basic toiletries. Cleaning including towel change is done daily. Linen is changed every 4 days
The bathroom towels are not to be used for the pool area or for the beach. However you can make use of pool towels. These are not to be taken at the beach.
We do not have a private beach, however the closest beach is just a 1.5 KM away.
Earliest check-in is at 14:00 HRS, a request for an earlier check-in is subject to availability, against a small charge. We have 24-hour reception, so if you be arriving late, our reception will be pleased to welcome you for check in
The latest check-out time is at 11:00 HRS. Later check-out is subject to availability against a small charge.
We do offer luggage safe. The guest has to place the luggage in the safe and be fully responsible for the ticket. For bulk luggage, you may store them in the luggage room behind the reception
We do not offer room service.
We do our best to accommodate special requests but it depends on the availability at that time.
The rooms are spacious enough to store a wheelchair. The bathroom consists of a walk-in shower with handrails. it is very important to contact us in order to check availability prior to booking the room so that we can reserve the correct room that meets your needs.
It is essential that if you have any specific dietary requirements that you inform us prior to booking if you are booking on a half board basis.
A babysitting service is available at a charge. The babysitter needs to be pre-booked.
If you cancel your booking 3 days before arrival date, no cancellation fee will apply, if you cancel your booking 2 to 0 days before arrival date or a no show or an early departure, we will charge the full stay. This policy is not applicable for the NON REFUNDABLE
We can rent out apartments for 6 months or more with special monthly rates based on availability. We also have apartments that are situated closer to the University of Malta. for further information you can contact us by e-mail on Apartment Rent or by calling on +356 22641507
We organize packages for groups, for further offers you may contact us by e-mail on Sales or by calling on +356 2264 1512.
All guests on Bed & Breakfast or on Half board basis are entitled to have their meals in the Restaurant.
A credit card is required to secure your reservation at time of booking. Your credit card will be charged the full amount between the time of booking and arrival date. The credit card as used to book your room is to be presented on check-in by the card holder. In case the credit card holder will not be one of the travellers, we kindly ask you to contact us on Reservations so we can send you the alternative forms and requested documents. Should the card holder not be traveling and no forms are sent before arrival, the reception would require a full payment at check-in stage.
Guests will be charged ECO TAX - 50c per adult, per night (18years & over) is to be paid by guests on check in. Maximum of € 5.00 per adult
