Q: Are the rooms non-smoking?
A: All our rooms and apartments are non smoking, however since all rooms have balcony, than smoking is obliged in the balconies
Q: What kind of plugs does the hotel have?
A: The plugs in hotel are british plugs, however in the rooms / apartments you can find an adopter behind the TV. An extra adopter is available from the Reception
Q: Is there any safe in the rooms / Apartments?
A: Yes, all our rooms & apartments have a safe. In order to use the safe you have to hire a key from reception with a deposit and a charge of Euro 15.00 per week.
Q: Is there any TV in the rooms / Apartments?
A: We offer basic satellite TV in the rooms / Apartments. In order to use the TV, you have to get the remote from reception against a refundable deposit of Euro 10.00.
Q: Do we have bath or shower in the rooms / apartments?
A: We have some rooms that are with bath and some are with showers. If you have a speciality request, please add it to the comments when reserving the room and we will do our best to accommodate your requests.
Q: Does the rooms / apartments have a washing machine?
A: The 2-bedroom apartment only have a washing machine.
Q: Is there any wi-fi connection in the rooms / Apartments?
A: You can rent the wi-fi dongle from reception at a charge and the internet can be used in the hotel rooms, apartments and msotly all parts of Malta and Gozo.
Q: Is there any Doctor available in Hotel?
A: Doctor is available for 24-hrs with a chage
Q: Does the Hotel have private parking?
A: We do not have any private parking. However public parking is found in teh area surrounding the hotel and it is free of charge.
Q: Are pets allowed in hotel?
A: We can accommode small pets in our appartments only. Pets are not allowed in the Restaurant
Q: Can you cash travels cheques?
A: Yes, we can cash traverls cheques for a limited amount
Q: Can we pay our bills by credit cards while we are in hotel?
A: You can pay by Visa / Mastercard / Maestro / American Express / Diners
Q: Does the hotel provides dry cleaning & Laundry service?
A: We offer dry cleaning and laundry at a charge. We offer also express service.

A: The rates shown in this website includes all taxes.
Q: Does the hotel offers transport from / to the Airport or Port?
A: We can offer transport to / from Airport or Port or to other destinations with a charge. You can book the transport by sending an e-mail to reservations@bayviewmalta.com
Q: Do you provide transport service for individuals or groups to other destinations?
A: Yes, we offer transport 24-hrs a day. The extra transfers can be booked & paid at the reception desk
Q: Do you provide Baby cots in the rooms/apartments?
A: We can offer baby cot in the rooms / apartments at no extra charge
Q: Do you provide High chairs in the rooms/apartments?
A: High chairs can be provided in the rooms and apartments on request at no extra charge.
Q: Can we have a high chair in the Restaurant?
A: High chairs are available in the Restaurant at no extra charge.
Q: Is there any Hairdryer in the room / apartments?
A: Hairdryer can be taken from reception against a refundable deposit.
Q: Is there any iron / iron board in the room / apartments?
A: Iron / iron board can be taken from reception against a refundable deposit.
Q: Is there any tea / coffee facilities in the room / aparments?
A: There is not tea / coffee facilites in the hotel rooms however Kettle is available in the apartments only.
Q: Is there any mini-bar in the rooms / apartments?
A: Our rooms & apartments do not have mini bars. Apartements have fridges.
Q: Is there any place we can store our medicine?
A: You can leave your medicine in the 24-hour reception Bar at no extra charge.
Q: Does the hotel provides towels & linen & toiletery in the rooms / apartments?
A: All our rooms and apartemnts includes towels, linen & toiletery.
Q: Can we use the bathroom towels for the pool area or beach?
A: The bathroom towels are not to be used for the pool area or for beach. However you can have a pool towels from the pool bar. Note the pool towels are not to be used at the beach
Q: Does the hotel have a private beach?
A: We do not have private beach however for just 10mins walk you can reach the closest rocky beach.
Q: How often do you change the linen?
A: The Linen of hotel rooms & apartments are changed every 4th night
Q: How often do you change the towels?
A: In hotel rooms the towels are changed daily. In teh apartments every two days.
Q: How often do you clean the Hotel room?
A: Hotel rooms are cleaned ever day.
Q: How often do you clean the apartments?
A: Apartments are cleaned every 4th night
Q: If we are staying in the apartments, can we still use the hotel facilities?
A: All guests staying in the apartments can make use of the hotel facilities.
Q: What is the earliest time we can check-in?
A: Earliest check-in is at 14:00hrs, earlier check-in is subject to availability and a
small fee
Q: What is the latest check-out?
A: The latest check-out is at 11:00hrs. Late check-out is subject to availability a
small fee
Q: Do you have any room, where we can leave our luggage for earlier arrival or later departure?
A: You can leave your luggage in the unsupervised luggage room, which is found
behind the reception
Q: Do you have childrens play area?
A: We have a small playing area, unsupervised, for the children of between 2-8 years
Q: Do you offer Room service?
A: Room service is available between 07:30-10:00 & 18:30-20:00, at a charge.
Q: Can I specify where I would like my room located (preferred floor, next to pool, etc.)?
A: The hotel staff will do their best to accommodate special requests. We can not guarantee room location because it depends on the availability.
Q: Do you have rooms for guests with special needs?
A: We have 4 rooms / studio apartments in the hotel that are equipped to serve cutomers with special needs. The rooms are spacious enough to store the wheelchair. The bathroom consists on walk-in shower with the stool, handrails. It is very important to contact us in order to check the avilability and reserve the correct room that meets your needs.
Q: Do you have rooms can can accommodate families?
A: We have family rooms with inland view consisting on 1 large room with 4 single beds, wadrobe, dressing table, balcony, private bathroom. Alternatively we can offer the 2-bedroom apartment that is idealy for families with children, since the apartment consist of a fully equipped kitchen inc. fridge to store some drinks or food, oven to make a quick meal, 2 separate bedrooms with air-condition and private facility
Q: Are the appartments in a separate buiding?
A: The apartments are situated in the annex building approx 300 mtrs far from the main hotel. Apartment buildings have a separate entrance. Check-in will be held at the reception of hotel and our porter can help you with your luggage and lead you the way to the apartments.
Q: How far if the closest beach?
A: The closest Rocky beach is approx 1km far and it can be easily reached by bus or by 10mins by walk. The nearest sandy beach is approx 3km far and it can be reached by bus that passed from the bus stop next to the hotel entrance.
Q: How far is the closest Language school?
A: The nearest language school is approx 300mtrs, while you can find more language schools within 1km. Contact us sales@bayviewmalta.com if you wish to book language courses we can offer very good packages
Q: How far are you from a shopping centre?
We are a 10 minute walk to the shopping centre
Q: Are there any children's playgrounds nearby?
A: The closest playground is just 10 mins walk.
Q: How far is the nearest night life?
A: You can enjoy your evenings in the bars situated just 2 mins walk or by getting a bus from the bus stop next to the Hotel, you can have a lovely evening in Paceville St. Julians that is just 15mins drive.
Q: How close are you from the Airport?
A: The Airport is 12km away from Hotel.
Q: Is there any buses that goes from Airport to Sliema directly?
A: All the buses from Airport stopped at Valletta, the City of Malta, and than you have to get another bus to Gzira-Sliema (NO. 62)
Q: How close are you from the health clinic?
A: The closest helath clinic is 100meters away. Many pharmacies are situated just minutes walk away.
Q: How far are you from the Golf course?
A: The Golf Course is 4.5 km away, and you can get a bus from the bus stop opposite to hotel that stops in Valletta and you have to get another bus (No. 11-12-15) from Valletta to the Golf Course. It will take only 10 minutes drive by a car.
Q: How far are you from the Hourse race course?
A: The Hourse Race Course is just 4.5 km away, and you can get a bus from the bus stop opposite to hotel that stops in Valletta and you have to get another bus (No. 11-12-15) to the Hourse Race Course. It will take only 10 minutes drive by car.
Q: How far are you from the National Pool?
A: The National pool is simply 5 minutes walk from Bayview Hotel & Apartments? Many groups uses our hotel as their base for training sessions at the National pool.
Q: Does your restaurant caters for special diets?
A: It is mostly important that when you are reserving your room with dinner / lunch, you will make a note with your particular diet. Our chef will do his utmost to meet your requirements.
Q: Do you provide any babysitter?
A: Babysitter is available at a charge. Babysitter needs to be pre-booked
Q: What are the cancellation policy?
A: If you cancel your booking 14 days before arrival date, no cancellation fee will apply.
If you cancel your booking in 13-4 days before arrival date, 50% of your stay will be charged.
If you cancel your booking 3 days before arrival date or no show, we will charge full stay
Q: Do you rent the apartments for 6 months or over?
